C. Behavioural 

Strained relationships 

Difficulty in laughing 

Eat more or less than usual  

Go quiet 

Sexual difficulties 

Smoke or drink more than usual 

Drive recklessly 

Want change  

Work becoming a load 

Escape responsibilities 

Use medications too often 

Try to avoid situations 

Grand total ( A + B + C ) ——————————— 

Scoring : 

Over 150 - You are burning out. 

Between 110 - 149 - You could be in for trouble. 

Between 90 - 109 - Time to take care. 

Below 90 - Nothing much to worry.
