KNOW YOUR STRESSORS

Four Categories of Stressors

…….Stressors are those factors which are percieved to be the cause of initiating the stressful condition inside us. As an exercise in self assessment read through the list of following stressors and identify your stressors, so that you may be better prepared when you come across these factors. There are four categories of stressors. Repeat such self-assessment periodically to see the changes in your perception to your stressors.
