A. FIRST AID :

1. Before facing the situation  

Maintain a good, health & balanced life 

Charge your mind with positive thoughts & emotions 

Choose your work field as per your disposition & capacities 

Know your stress symptoms & stressors 

2. After facing the situation 

Dont lose your calm - accept the situation as a challenge 

Remember - there is a silver lining in every cloud 

If the situation is too much for you, be patient & remember - even this will pass away. 

Avoid taking important decisions till you regain your equipoise 

Learn to say ‘No’ to intoxicants - they dull your intellect

Take a break & learn to switch off for a while.

4. Nivritti - Learn to 'let go' & relax 

Proper sleep 

Good health - Yoga, proper exercises & proper food  

Take a break - go to a place as close to Nature as possible 

5. The three worth-while practices 

The spirit of Yagna - Inculcating the motivation of love 

The spirit of Dana - Inculcate the spirit of affluence & magnanimity 

The spirit of Tapas - Practice personality intergration 

6. Cultivate positive qualities 

Equanimity - not getting swept away by surge of an emotion 

Forgiveness - not losing your cool for the fault of others 

Truthfulness - for reliability & personality integration 

Cheerfulness - disarm others with your warm smile 

Detachment - the ability of objective analysis 

Believe in the existence of ‘Supreme Intelligence’ 

7. Inculcate 'Type S' qualities 

Do what you love & also love what you do 

Practice Prasad-buddhi & Ishwar-arpan-buddhi. 

Study Gita regularly. 

Practice Dynamic Meditation-charging yourself with positive thoughts. 

C : ROOTING OUT THE PROBLEM :

8. Know the Secret of Action 

Live an inspired life - with a very clear & great goal 

Learn to live in present 

Remember - We reap what we sow 

9. Act with Love - the greatest motivator 

See love to be the best & most sustaining motivator 

Add fragrence of love & mutual respect to your relationships 

See all ego-centric actions to be the cause of all negativities 

10. The Door to ultimate freedom - Self Knowledge 

See Ego to be your relative & therefore false identity 

Holding on to ego is to hold on to limitations 

Discover your true, transcendental identity
