Avoid taking important decisions till you regain your equipoise Learn to say ‘No’ to intoxicants - they dull your intellect Take a break & learn to switch off for a while. B. CAPACITY BUILDING : 3. Pravritti - way to emotional release & intense living Workouts Games & Sports Music, Dance Love life Travel Laughing & Hobbies 4. Nivritti - Learn to 'let go' & relax Proper sleep Good health - Yoga, proper exercises & proper food Take a break - go to a place as close to Nature as possible 5. The three worth-while practices The spirit of Yagna - Inculcating the motivation of love The spirit of Dana - Inculcate the spirit of affluence & magnanimity The spirit of Tapas - Practice personality intergration 6. Cultivate positive qualities Equanimity - not getting swept away by surge of an emotion Forgiveness - not losing your cool for the fault of others Truthfulness - for reliability & personality integration Cheerfulness - disarm others with your warm smile Detachment - the ability of objective analysis Believe in the existence of ‘Supreme Intelligence’ 7. Practice Dynamic Meditation-charging yourself with positive thoughts. C : ROOTING OUT THE PROBLEM : 8.
